The role combines candidate sourcing, market research, headhunting, and talent mapping across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and talent mapping to locate target candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools aligned to hiring needs.
• Develop candidate pipelines for specialist roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
