Job summary

The Portfolio Group in Manchester is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Sales Recruitment team. This 180 delivery role focuses on fast placement, stakeholder management and high-volume recruiting for a global retained client.

You will team with eight specialists across sectors, conduct client meetings in person and virtually, and drive head hunting, networking and candidate process management to deliver excellent results.

The Portfolio Group are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our estalished and successful Sales Recruitment team in Manchester! This is a 180 role, focussing on delivery and stakeholder management.

We are a global firm who have been around 37 years. This role is to work with our global retained client in an RPO set up, alongside a team of 8 in total who all have a different sector focus.

The Role;

As a 180 Recruiter / Delivery Consultant, you will partner with our global client, recruiting sales professionals of all levels, with a key focus on BDM roles / senior hires.

Client Development, Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management

Client meetings - both in person and video

Recruiting - Head hunting, networking & candidate process management

Database ManagementThe Person;

You should be a successful Recruiter within the sales sector - either in agency or onsite

Pace is important to us as this can be a high volume role - experience of working multiple roles is key, ideally across different locations

Strong candidate management and process management
