Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proven ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience using recruitment systems or HR platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Progress candidates through the recruitment lifecycle with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update recruitment data and ATS records.
• Support hiring managers and candidates across the recruitment process.
• Arrange interviews and manage assessment and selection steps.
• Prepare and manage job offers and onboarding handovers.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes.
