Job summary

Cielo is a leading Talent Acquisition Partner delivering recruitment excellence across clients. This Senior Recruiter role focuses on acting as a brand ambassador, guiding hiring leaders, and providing consultative direction throughout the recruitment cycle.

You will mentor recruiters, build talent pipelines, and lead intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure market-aligned position specifications and timely communication to candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Maintain engagement with candidates through timely progress updates.
• Advise on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
