Job summary

Cielo in London is seeking a dedicated recruiter to join the team onsite at Canary Wharf four days a week. You will manage the recruitment cycle and provide timely updates to hiring leaders.

As a talent acquisition expert, you will lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and build strong talent pipelines while keeping candidates engaged and aligned with market data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and managerecruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andcompensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
