Job summary

Cielo in Greater London is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive service excellence across the full recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering proactive, timely communications on search status.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will mentor recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and shape sourcing strategies to build exceptional candidate slates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specs using market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Collaborate with leaders to determine offers using market data.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (orequivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPOor agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
