Job summary

Moss is the Finance AI platform for Europe’s mid-sized businesses, helping automate spend and financial workflows. We are scaling our Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top tech talent across Berlin, London, and other markets.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and related tech roles, partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs, implement efficient processes, and drive exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Track record sourcing and closing high-calibre, hard-to-reach candidates.
• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter for technical roles.
• Experience using AI tools in daily recruiting workflows.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates from initial contact to offer.
• Own full-cycle hiring across tech verticals, collaborating with leaders.
• Identify friction points and implement hiring process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
