Job summary

Quilter is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to tackle complex, business-critical recruitment challenges. You will lead sourcing plans, stakeholder engagement and scalable hiring solutions across Quilter, shaping talent strategies for long-term growth.

You will use market intelligence, workforce data and external trends to influence decisions, build pipelines and drive proactive recruitment. Collaboration with TA Operations and I&D is essential to deliver inclusive, high-quality hiring

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, search, or talent intelligence within complex organisations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, up to Exco level.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver targeted recruitment assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for corporate functions across Quilter.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical skills and emerging roles.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and succession planning.
• Collaborate with I&D to embed inclusive hiring practices.
• Design AI-enabled recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
