As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take the lead on all specialist and senior hiring of colleagues into the Partnership. Using specialist hiring methodologies to reach out directly to the market, building specialist talent pools and advising the hiring community on specific routes to market.
You will work closely with, and deputise for, the Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading by example and role modelling best practice in all things Talent Acquisition. Coaching the TA team on hiring best practice, you will take accountability for ensuring that we attract brilliant and talented people to help the business deliver its long-term strategy.
To be successful you need to be an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative recruitment professional, who has experience managing vacancies from end to end. It is essential that you have experience working across multiple disciplines, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for providing an exemplary candidate experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.
