As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support hiring across the business with a focus on our commercial and customer-facing functions. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the UK, US, and Germany to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing multiple roles across different regions and departments.

This is a hybrid position with approximately 1 day per week onsite. We alternate this between both of our offices (Shipton under Wychwood and Cheltenham).

What we're looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can adapt quickly, build strong relationships, and bring in top talent across a range of business-critical teams.

  • Proven experience recruiting across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, or similar customer-facing roles

  • Experience hiring internationally, including UK & Germany

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A structured and proactive approach to managing multiple open roles

  • Experience using an ATS (we use Teamtailor) and recruitment metrics to drive decisions

  • A collaborative, values-driven mindset

What you'll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape recruitment strategies

  • Manage full recruitment cycles

  • Source and engage candidates directly through various channels

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Teamtailor)

  • Provide hiring insights and regular updates to stakeholders

  • Support broader talent initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the People team

Salary
Salary range: £45,000 - £53,000 per year

Benefits
