Reporting Line

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and People team to implement the People strategy.
2. Support the Talent Acquisition team by managing live vacancies efficiently.
3. Enhance direct sourcing strategies.
4. Analyze data metrics, identify challenges, and develop solutions to improve recruitment processes.
5. Manage the internal referral scheme and work with the communications team to promote vacancies and internal movements, including writing articles for the weekly news.
6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their talent requirements.
7. Participate in a 360 recruitment process: preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring.
