At KFH we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Wimbledon.

You will report into our Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities of a senior talent acquisition partner include:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider People team to deliver the People strategy to the business.
• Support the success of the Talent Acquisition team by working on live vacancies in a methodical way.
• Focus on improving direct sourcing
• Analyse and report on data metrics, identify the challenges and work on solutions to improve the Talent Acquisition function.
• Monitor the internal referral scheme, and work with the communications team to promote internal moves and live vacancies, writing articles to be included in the KFH weekly news
• Build strong partnering relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and to best meet, and exceed those expectations.
• Work within a 360 recruitment model including preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring.
