We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London.

As a TA partner in the Builders team, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top tech talent across various functions and levels within the Engineering, Design, and Product organization.

There are many opportunities to impact our processes and shape our hiring practices both in London and globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, a passion for building strong candidate relationships, and the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping monday.com’s future culture and vibes.

About The Role
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking using channels such as social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to plan hiring needs, provide insights, and improve decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain interviewer training programs to standardize talent evaluation and meet hiring demands.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements to the process.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition partner, preferably with experience hiring for tech roles (Engineering, Design, Product).
  • Experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and make informed decisions to optimize hiring outcomes.
