Position Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Type: Full-Time

Hawkwood is partnering with a disruptive Consumer Tech scale-up to find a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Founded by a renowned serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, our client has built a well-known D2C brand that’s redefining the beauty industry. The brand aims to empower individuals to look and be their best selves, offering a high-end, accessible experience.

The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead hiring across technical and commercial functions, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategic initiatives to support growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business, focusing on Product, Data & Engineering, from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects company values and leaves a positive impression.
  • Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team by promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent strategies, market insights, and D&I considerations.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and produce insightful dashboards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment stages proactively.
About You
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • Ability to own hiring pipelines and manage stakeholder relationships with accountability.
  • Skilled in building diverse pipelines and committed to DEI practices.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a TA team.
  • Organized, adaptable, and thrives in a scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse is a plus.
