We are a fast-growing start-up company driven by collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for making things happen. Our culture is open, intellectually rigorous and creatively vibrant.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on our journey as we look to scale the organization rapidly. The role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and sit within the People & Culture (HR) organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across various functions
  • Proactive talent identification: create talent pipelines for future talent pools of interest to LEGO Digital Play
  • Networking: actively engage new talents within the industry and continue to grow your own personal network
  • Leverage different sourcing routes via LinkedIn, referrals, own personal network, competitive intelligence, etc.
  • Support onboarding of new hires (ie. liaising with the hiring manager, HR operations, mobility, rewards and other relevant internal stakeholders)
  • Provide a highly positive and impactful candidate experience, through initial outreach through to onboarding
  • Support ongoing analysis of recruiting metrics on LDP's internal recruitment platform
  • Provide input into LDP’s employer branding
Ideal Qualifications
  • Proven industry experience in gaming / adjacent spaces with strong networks and knowledge of gaming industry trends
  • Experience in running recruitment processes end-to-end, from first engagement to closing offers with candidates and supporting onboarding
  • Experience in start-up / scale-up environments, with proven ability to manage multiple searches at one time
  • Strong project management capabilities; knowing how to navigate in uncertainty and creating clarity for yourself and others
  • Relationships driver: track record in building relationships across an organisation to meet your recruitment agenda
  • Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM systems (experience with TeamTailor a plus)
  • Experience running searches globally / hiring and relocating candidates
  • Inhouse recruitment experience preferred
