QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition to act as a strategic advisor partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent that supports rapid growth. Qualifications

• Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent professional experience.
• Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting.
• Two or more years of project or program management experience.
• Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across assigned business units.
• Drive a high-quality interview and selection process aligned with hiring standards.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and leaders to ensure equitable hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to identify opportunities and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Promote and enhance the employer brand through candidate engagement and networking.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting governance practices.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including intake meetings, sourcing, assessment, offers, and onboarding.
