SF Partners in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own an internal recruitment function within a lean, value-led organisation. This permanent, full-time role is hybrid with flexible working and offers up to £55,000 plus benefits, with a chance to shape strategy beyond filling roles.

You will lead a small team, use data to challenge spend and inform hiring decisions, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast future workforce needs while staying hands-on when

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience required.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Ability to use recruitment data/MI to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence with hiring managers.
• Focus on candidate experience and improvements to processes.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters is a plus.
• Willingness to stay hands-on in delivery when needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide clear direction to an internal recruitment team.
• Review end-to-end recruitment processes and identify improvements.
• Shift to a proactive, commercially focused Talent Acquisition model.
• Interrogate recruitment data and translate insights into action.
• Review channels and spend to ensure ROI.
• Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience.
• Build credibility with operational leaders and stakeholders.
• Challenge hiring managers constructively around vacancies.
• Support future hiring and workforce planning.
• Remain hands-on for central and senior roles.
• Ensure activity complies with regulatory requirements.
