Job Description

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish
• Aim to hire 100-150 roles within a 12-month period
• Coordinate with partners, the board, and leaders across the organization on key hires
• Support in creating job briefs and conducting interviews
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage the candidate cycle
• Oversee the recruitment process from agency liaison to interview scheduling and offers
• Assist the CPO in developing best practice recruitment processes

The Successful Applicant

• Seeking an ambitious Talent Lead to support the company's scale-up phase
• Experience in Professional Services, ideally in a BIG 4 environment
• Proven experience managing the full candidate lifecycle
• Experience in implementing best practices in candidate experience
• Ideally experienced in sourcing candidates
• Preferably has worked in consulting, CFO, or Tax practices
