Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support high-impact leadership hiring, primarily in the Senior Hires team, with London as a base. You’ll join a dynamic TA function of about 35 people and help streamline processes while delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

The role involves coordinating lengthy senior hiring processes from interview to verbal offer, greeting candidates in person, managing scheduling across time zones in SmartRecruiters, and using Excel

Qualifications

• You've used an ATS and Excel comfortably in previous roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced TA admin role supporting high-volume recruitment.
• Highly organised with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and communicate proactively.
• Experience using systems and data to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lengthy senior hires recruitment processes from interview to verbal offer.
• Greet candidates in-person and ensure a 5* interview experience across channels.
• Manage candidate and hiring manager activities across different time zones in the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
• Handle interview logistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions.
• Use Excel and data to lead on reporting and drive process improvements.
• Raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
