Camino Partners Ltd in London is seeking a commercially minded recruiter to own proactive hiring across the business, with a focus on competitor hiring and building a high-quality network.
You’ll operate as a one-person Talent Acquisition function, moving quickly, creating momentum and partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a proactive talent strategy that drives 30% year-on-year growth plans.
This is not a traditional Talent Acquisition role.
We’re looking for a commercially minded recruiter who knows how to build relationships, spot great people before they enter the market, and turn a network into a high-quality hiring pipeline.
The business is in a significant period of growth, with an ambitious plan to deliver 30% year-on-year growth across the group. Our brands are performing strongly, our markets are healthy, and we’re continuing to invest in high‑calibre people across the business.
Now we’re looking for someone to take ownership of how we identify, engage and hire that talent.
You’ll be the driving force behind proactive hiring across the business, with a particular focus on attracting high‑performing recruiters from competitors.
This is a one‑person TA function, so it’s a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, moves quickly and creates momentum rather than waiting for a brief to land in their inbox.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and heads of desks, understanding where the business is heading and translating that into a proactive talent strategy.
A big part of the role will be getting out into the market: building your network, understanding competitor teams, mapping talent and having conversations with people who may not be actively looking but could be the right fit.
We already know our employee proposition and what differentiates each of our brands. Your job will be to take that proposition into the market and make the right people want to hear more.
