team.blue's UK-backed brands offer managed hosting and cloud services to agencies, SMBs and enterprises. We seek a Systems and Escalations Engineer to join our UK technical team—someone with passion for tech and hosting.

This fast-paced role involves escalated internal and customer support, provisioning new services, system administration and mentoring colleagues. Remote (UK-based) or hybrid from Worcester, Reading or Hemel Hempstead.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hosting experience with cPanel/WHM and Linux CLI.
• Strong WordPress and CMS/Ecommerce knowledge.
• Understanding of internet protocols and security-minded mindset.
• Proven troubleshooting ability and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated 3rd line support primarily via email/ticketing; phone less often.
• Support internal 1st & 2nd line teams with technical escalations.
• Deploy new customer services and perform system administration, upgrades.
