Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in systems engineering lifecycle (ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE) with MBSE (SysML).
• Hands-on experience using Codebeamer for requirements management, traceability, and reporting.
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation, decomposition, interface management, V&V planning.

Responsibilities

• System Engineering Support - develop systems thinking across the portfolio to enable capabilities.
• System Engineering Framework Development & Deployment - define and maintain a Systems Engineering Framework.
• Codebeamer Integration & Governance - champion the use of Codebeamer for requirements capture and decomposition.
• Mentor and Develop Junior Engineers - coach and develop the team to improve capability.
