Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Thornbury, near Bristol, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technically complex client work across defence, nuclear, space and other regulated environments. You will manage client engagements, shape systems-engineering strategies and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Extensive systems engineering experience across lifecycle stages.
Experience in defence, nuclear, aerospace or other regulated sectors.
Ability to lead technically complex client engagements and resolve ambiguous requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing Systems Engineering across complex, regulated programmes.
Shape concept studies, requirements, architecture and system-development strategies.
Lead modelling, analysis, integration, V&V and acceptance activities.
Own technical work packages, delivery plans and senior stakeholder relationships.
Support and mentor developing Systems Engineers and Consultants.
