Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Systems Engineer for a hybrid role in Thornbury, Bristol with three days on site. The position offers £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus and opportunities for Chartership and INCOSE support.

You will join a defence/nuclear/aerospace focused consultancy delivering complex programmes for government and industrial clients, with training and progression built into a personal development plan.

Qualifications

• Systems Engineering experience across lifecycle stages.
• Background in defence, nuclear, aerospace or similar complex environment.
• Experience with DOORS, MBSE, SysML or MODAF is beneficial.
• Technical degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing Systems Engineering across complex, regulated programmes.
• Support concept development, requirements, architecture, modelling and analysis.
• Contribute to integration, validation, qualification and acceptance activities.
• Take ownership of technical work packages, planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Work across defence, nuclear, space and utilities projects.
