Job summary

St Helens Council is seeking an experienced Senior System Ops Analyst to support and develop large-scale business systems underpinning Adult Social Care, Children’s Services and Education. You’ll work with partners and suppliers to drive continual improvement and deliver technology that supports services for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering complex ICT systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of system configuration, testing, upgrades and release management.
• The ability to extract, analyse and interpret data and management information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering effective digital services.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working with Liquidlogic systems is strongly preferred.

• Administer, support, develop and enhance large-scale business systems.
