The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee and execute complex syndicated lending transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage the full lifecycle of agency duties, from reviewing financing agreements to coordinating among borrowers, lenders, advisers, and internal teams.

In this senior role you will validate settlements, manage fee calculations, loan transfers, and KYC processes, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with IT to improve internal

Competenze

• At least 6 years of experience in banking/financial/legal advisory.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Syndicated lending experience; middle office/loan admin is a plus.
• Experience with loan communication tools such as Intralinks/Debtdomain.

Mansioni

• Review financing agreements and assist in closing deals.
• Calculate settlements, fees, interest, and repayments.
• Close and manage complex syndicated transactions.
• Coordinate with IT on in‑house software development.
• Coordinate agency duties across Loans Administration and BD.
