Job summary

Apex Group in London is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager - VP to oversee and execute complex syndicated lending and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This role manages the full lifecycle of agency duties—from reviewing financing agreements and closing deals, to coordinating communications among borrowers, lenders, advisers, and internal teams.

You will lead the operational management of amendments, waivers, loan transfers, KYC processes, and compliance monitoring,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in banking/financial/legal advisory
• Strong stakeholder coordination and attention to detail
• Syndicated Lending experience preferred (middle office/loan administration)
• Experience with loan communication tools such as Intralinks/Debtdomain
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review financing agreements and assist in closing deals.
• Support lenders in decision-making and intermediation.
• Calculate settlements, interest, and repayments per agreements.
• Close and manage complex transactions.
• Collaborate with IT on in-house software.
