Job summary

Johnson Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee daily Project Finance transactions as both facility and security agent. You will be the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, driving strategic initiatives in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities include managing high-risk accounts, coordinating with legal on document negotiations, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining strong internal controls and risk oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar Loans Facility Agent TM role
• Exposure to Project Finance and infrastructure transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Transaction Management of high-risk Project Finance accounts.
• Review, analyse, and coordinate with legal teams on finance document negotiations, risk monitoring, and compliance.
• Liaise with attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners to structure and close transactions efficiently.
• Execute cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and tickler processing with precision while enhancing internal controls.
• Support sales by preparing fee proposals and attending client meetings.
• Lead junior team members in transaction execution and contribute to policy refinement.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk and align with risk appetite.
