Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Transaction Manager to oversee complex syndicated lending across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage the full lifecycle of agency duties, review financing agreements, close deals, and coordinate with borrowers, lenders and advisors.

The role demands meticulous attention to settlements, fees, interest, and repayments, plus ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting. Senior stakeholder coordination and mentoring juniors are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or legal advisory.
• Experience with syndicated lending processes and loan administration is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review financing agreements and assist in closing deals.
• Support lenders in decision-making and consult on financing matters.
• Calculate settlements, interest, fees, and principal repayments.
• Close and manage complex transactions; coordinate with IT for in-house tools.
• Coordinate agency duties across Loans Administration and Business Development.
• Manage communications among borrowers, lenders, advisers and internal teams.
• Organize meetings and conference calls for day-to-day agency management.
• Ensure client obligations meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate amendments or waivers and manage loan transfers.
• Oversee KYC for lenders and borrowers on new transactions.
• Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
