The Senior Transaction Manager plays a central role in overseeing and executing complex syndicated lending and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of agency duties—from reviewing financing agreements and closing deals, to coordinating communications among borrowers, lenders, advisors, and internal teams. You will lead the operational management of amendments, waivers, loan transfers, KYC processes, and compliance monitoring, ensuring all actions align with contractual, regulatory, and best-practice standards.
In this senior capacity, you will calculate and validate settlements, fees, interest, and repayments; manage syndicated guarantee and factoring facilities; and ensure the accurate delivery of all documentation and reporting obligations. You will also contribute to the development of internal systems by collaborating with the IT team, while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the department.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in banking, finance, or legal advisory, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels in stakeholder coordination, and brings a meticulous, proactive approach to managing high-value transactions.
