What Is the Opportunity?

Travelers is recruiting a Senior Syndicate Operations Associate in London. You will support our Underwriters and teams, leveraging your expertise in London Market Underwriting or Operations. This role suits someone thriving in a fast-paced environment, eager to tackle challenges, contribute to projects, and support our growth. What Will You Do?

• Perform data enrichment, importation, and geocoding of location risk data.
• Analyze and monitor receipts for schedules and bordereaux, including data capture and cleansing.
• Prepare underwriting and pricing exhibits in BMP for pre-bind loading.
• Support Underwriters with renewals and collaborate across departments.
• Complete front sheets and prepare risk entries and null declarations.
• Assist with report preparation for various meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support month-end close processes and 'Roll Up' activities.
• Contribute to offshore team training and SOP updates.
• Respond to offshore queries promptly.
• Perform quality assurance on team work, especially BMP and aggregate entries.
• Meet service level agreements for timeliness and accuracy.
• Act ethically, understanding all compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper records of transactions with customers, brokers, and other parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
