Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Sales organization in creating quotes and purchase agreements in SFDC.
  2. Evaluate and review quotes and orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to BlackDuck policies.
  3. Provide internal support including deal product configuration, discounting, license validation, PA generation, order processing through OM close, and license delivery.
  4. Ensure sales team alignment with sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  5. Act as a conduit for back-office functions, providing feedback relevant to Finance, Services, Legal, Order Management, and other areas to support the sales team’s success.
Qualifications
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. A bachelor’s or associate degree.
  3. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  4. Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  5. The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus.
  6. Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  7. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  8. Experience level: Level 2 – 1-2 years; Level 3 – 5-7 years.
