About the Role

As a key member of our B2B BizOps team, the Business Operations Associate will play a hands-on role in driving the day-to-day success of our distribution partnerships team—one of Viator’s fast growing revenue channels. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, analyzing performance data, and supporting commercial teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to scale. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, build dashboards, and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth.

Support the preparation of key materials (e.g., QBRs), helping consolidate and analyze data to inform team decisions and partner strategy.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.

Help identify and implement operational improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and improve team workflows.

Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, provide ad hoc analysis, and act as a go-to problem solver for the B2B team.

Support the operational needs of the account management and partnerships team with tools, processes, and insights.

What We’re looking For

~2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, consulting, or a data-driven role

Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL—bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce

Strong analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and communicating them clearly.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter attitude—you’re resourceful, organized, and ready to learn.

A team player with great communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally.
