Qualifikationen

• RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in residential/development valuation
• Good report writing, numerical and communication skills
• A high degree of IT literacy is essential
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing would be an advantage

Aufgaben

• Draft valuations for registered providers, including Red Book valuations and s106 deals
• Draft Financial Viability Assessments for planning submissions
• Produce residual valuation models on Argus Developer and SDS Proval
• Provide valuation advice to local authorities on various matters
• Develop and manage client relationships and grow the business
• Assist team in achieving targets and expanding the business line
