Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced VRS registered Residential Valuation Surveyor to support our national surveying operations from Telford. You will contribute to lender and private valuation work, including L2 surveys, leveraging your building pathology knowledge and association with RICS.

The role emphasizes high professional standards, ongoing CPD, and alignment with our broad portfolio of surveying services.

Qualifications

• Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS are required/desired.
• Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible.
• Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment.
