Qualifications

• MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS qualification in valuation or real estate.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Open to MRICS qualification in Q1 2021.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers Reports on residential properties.
• Work from home as part of an area team of residential surveyors.
• Hold ownership of a postal patch and cover valuations with an average of about 5.5 points per day.
