Job summary

Construo Ltd. is expanding its residential valuation team across multiple UK locations. The role involves handling a variety of valuations and surveys to support lenders and private clients, with opportunities for career progression.

You will work on loan security valuations, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership reports, plus RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, delivering high-quality outputs with swift turnaround times.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
• Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
• Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
• A proven track record of producing quality valuation work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of residential property valuations and surveys including loan security valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, multi-unit).
• Provide valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
• Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and related reports.
• Respond promptly to post-valuation queries and finalise valuations where required.
