Team Overview

Our role is to ensure development viability or advise clients on potential pitfalls. We help ensure planning applications evolve into deliverable schemes or advise on withdrawal if necessary. Our work focuses on protecting scheme value, removing risks, and mapping out exit strategies where appropriate.

Our services include affordable housing consultancy, valuation and agency services, development viability advice, and guidance on Section 106 agreements. We serve various sector participants, including landowners, developers, house builders, Registered Providers, contractors, banks, charities, and local authorities.
