Team Overview

Our role is to make sure that a development is viable, or advise clients past the pitfalls. This ensures that planning applications evolve into deliverable schemes, or an efficient withdrawal if needed. Consequently, our work revolves around protecting scheme value, removing risk and mapping out exit routes where appropriate.

Our services range across all aspects of affordable housing consultancy, valuation and agency services, development viability advice and guidance on Section 106 agreements. This serves any sector participant, from land owner to developer, house builder to Registered Provider. We also work for contractors, banks, charities and local authorities.
