Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Surveyor/Associate to join our Development Viability team based in London.

We provide clients with best-in-class financial viability, regeneration, valuation, and affordable housing consultancy and agency advice. The successful candidate will work within one of the country’s largest specialist development viability consultancy teams on some of London’s most significant development schemes, as well as large strategic schemes nationally.

Team Overview

Our role is to ensure that a development is viable or advise clients past potential pitfalls. This ensures that planning applications evolve into deliverable schemes or an efficient withdrawal if needed. Our work revolves around protecting scheme value, removing risk, and mapping out exit routes where appropriate.

Our services include affordable housing consultancy, valuation and agency services, development viability advice, and guidance on Section 106 agreements. We serve various sector participants, from landowners to developers, housebuilders to Registered Providers. We also work with contractors, banks, charities, and local authorities.
