Our well-established South division is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the team at our Addlestone Office, overseeing developments across the South region.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage costs accurately and timely, including contractual issues, procurement, and payments to subcontractors for large development projects.
2. Oversee projects from pre-operational stages to final account settlement.
3. Lead multiple projects at various stages, focusing on cost control, budgeting, and forecasting, with COINs experience.
4. Drive team leadership and foster strong working relationships internally and externally.
