Our client, based in Sidcup, is currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor on a permanent contract to lead the Building Surveying division.

This full-time position offers a hybrid working model. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards this qualification. A full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring surveying work complies with statutory requirements and regulations
• Developing and delivering client requirements based on environmental understanding
• Producing reports and schedules after initial surveys
• Managing project billing and assisting with financial processes
• Utilizing company resources efficiently to meet client needs

Required experience:

• Extensive surveying experience
• RICS membership or working towards it
