PSR Solutions seeks a Senior Support Worker for a residential setting in Westbury. You will lead a team, support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and help maintain high care standards daily.

The role offers a base salary in the £39k–£43k range, with several allowances and bonuses, plus induction training, generous holiday, and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy and resilience are essential.
• Willingness to lead and support a care team.

Responsabilités

• Care for young people daily and ensure smooth home operations.
• Provide leadership to staff and deputise for managers when needed.
• Build relationships with young people through compassionate care.
