Priory Supported Living in Enfield is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and supervise a team delivering person-centred care for residents with diverse needs, including autism and learning disabilities.

You will coach colleagues, run team meetings and ensure high-quality support is provided in a supportive environment. The role involves supervising daily operations, budget awareness and maintaining accurate records, with a commitment to choice, dignity and independence.

Qualifications

Full Time - 40 hours

Priory Supported Living London and Home Counties provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.

The support provided by our service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.

You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day operations, coaching colleagues, leading team meetings, and ensuring the people who use our service are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
