Job summary

PSR Solutions in Burford is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The role involves helping with school, homework and daily routines, and creating positive experiences in a safe home environment.

You will work 40 hours a week with 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 10 hour shift plus one sleep-in weekly. Driving licence is essential, and you may study for a Level 3 Diploma if needed to qualify.

Qualifications

• Experience in a children's residential home is required.
• UK driving licence held for 12+ months.
• Commitment to safeguarding and young people.

Responsibilities

• Support young people daily, help with school, homework and activities.
• Complete paperwork and plan activities.
• Evenings and weekends for activities and social time.
• Assist with routines, development and positive outcomes.
