Aspens Charities is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Gensing service in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. You will lead a team, deliver high-quality, person-centred support and help people to live more independently.

The role involves shift-leading, records, and involvement with finances, housing and medication where appropriate. You will work across a 37-hour week and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment focused on autism and learning disabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting autistic adults.
• Experience leading and supervising colleagues.
• Good maths and English skills.
• Autism awareness and safeguarding training.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift and support the effective running of the service.
• Provide safe, personalised and high-quality support.
• Monitor records, support plans and housing/benefits tasks.
• Support staff through supervision, training and day-to-day guidance.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity and respect at all times.
