Job summary

Hollybank Trust in South Kirkby is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a part-time position (25hrs) on-site. You will lead the care team, support adults with complex needs and help develop care plans with a focus on independence and dignity.

The role requires experience in care, a caring approach, and the ability to motivate others. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care preferred or willingness to pursue it, with weekend rota availability.

What you'll be doing
