Job summary

Hollybank Trust in South Kirkby is seeking caring Support Workers for day and night shifts to help adults with complex needs. The role involves person-centred support, daily living tasks, and community participation in a warm, home-like setting.

Sycamores is a cosy, welcoming eight-bedroom home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The home is fully accessible and offers a calm, homely environment where the people we support can feel safe, happy and valued.

Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom, with shared living spaces, sensory facilities and outdoor areas that create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
