This is a unique opportunity to help shape the service, lead a committed staff team, and deliver outstanding person-centred care.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will support individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that challenge, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Epilepsy, and Complex Needs.
You will champion our Building Better Lives (BBL) framework, embedding Active Support principles in everything you do. Your focus will be helping individuals live as equal citizens - promoting independence, choice, dignity, and meaningful community inclusion.
This role combines hands‑on support with leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, contributing to rota management, supporting medication processes, and ensuring the highest standards of care from the very start of this new service.
