Job summary

Voyage Care in Wisbech is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead The Leam service in Friday Bridge. You will support people to gain independence and assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision, including shift allocation, staff induction and supervision.

Requirements include prior Senior Support Worker experience and Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with LD and Autism experience. Competitive pay with enhancements and training opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supported living service The Leam in Friday Bridge
• Support people to gain independence in daily life
• Assist with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, supervise staff, order medication
• Support people to manage finances and ensure DBS/compliance as required
